Dysphagia and Invisible Illness Support
Living with dysphagia—difficulty swallowing—can be isolating, confusing, and overwhelming, especially when you’re newly diagnosed. I understand this deeply. I am the author of Dysphagia Naturally and have lived with dysphagia for over thirty years. I also navigate life with invisible illnesses, including chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find guidance, understanding, and support.
That’s why I offer personalized consulting for individuals with dysphagia and their caregivers. This is a safe space where you can:
-
Be heard: Share your experiences, frustrations, and fears without judgment.
-
Receive guidance: Practical advice, coping strategies, and insights drawn from decades of personal experience.
-
Find support: Navigate dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and emotional challenges with someone who truly understands.
-
Connect over invisible illness: If you live with conditions like CFS, MCS, or other hidden chronic illnesses, you’ll find empathy and understanding here.
Whether you’re just starting to manage dysphagia, caring for a loved one, or seeking a compassionate guide who gets the nuances of invisible illness, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore solutions, share experiences, and create a plan that works for your unique situation. I am very down to earth and intuitive. Integrity and ethics is of the utmost importance to me.

Your journey matters, and you don’t have to face it alone.
I am based in Scotland in the UK but work with clients internationally. I use Whats App voice for my sessions. I also know what it is like to live on disability and so know funds are limited. I am keeping my costs low for now because of this. Appointments are 40 minutes and the cost is $40 US or £30 pounds UK. Prices may go up in the future, but for now these are the fees for a consult. If you have any questions, please email me at juliatnoble@proton.me.

My book Dysphagia Naturally is available on Amazon. It is a resource guide designed to help both people with dysphagia and their caregivers.
